How are you going to act without her hanging out at the store all day...:( Enjoy it this year since she only has half days at school, right?...next year it will be full days...
So, who had the separation anxiety? I remember when we took son to his first day at Pre-school five years ago. He was cool, I was the one nervous, even on the drugs (just had wrist surgery). He starts 3rd grade at new school next week. He's a little anxious. I'm glad it's next to my subdivision and there are two 3rd grade teachers from that school in my neighborhood, one lives next door and he plays with her son. I've informed him that teachers DO talk to each other. AND NO MORE PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION!
What a sweetie. You've done a great job with her and I know she is completely prepared to take her place in class, charming the teacher and other kids! heh

She is honestly one of the most adorable children I have ever seen! And as someone who has worked with kids (and is DESPERATELY wishing she HAD finished her last two classes for her teaching credential...argh!)), I have seen my fair share of young ones and she's just as cute as can be. Even more important than what's on the outside, is what's on the inside, and I'm quite sure she's tops on that front as well. Enjoy these young years because they'll just fly on by, Torrance. :)

It must be bitter sweet. You see your seed going off to gather knowledge but seeing her leaving the nest more & more each day.
